How do I use the projector in Rooms A, D, F, G and SR-1?

If you are using a room with a mounted projector (A, D, F, G and SR-1), you may check out the appropriate cables to run the system at the Law Library Circulation Desk.

  1. There is no reservation needed to use the cables for these rooms, as long as you have a valid reservation for the classroom itself, but kits must be checked out no more than an hour before use and returned no more than ten minutes afterward (in case others have reserved that room for a presentation and need the kit as well).
  2. Kits are never to leave the building, and kits are not to be checked out overnight without specific written permission from the Information Services staff at least a week in advance.
  3. When checking out a kit, please double-check to make sure that you have received the appropriate kit for your room before leaving the circulation desk. Since all of the kits are slightly different, you may not be able to use Room D's kit in Room A, etc.
  4. If you have comments or questions or if you would like to receive training, please contact LCS as soon before your presentation as possible using the information on the LCS Contact webpage.
