Problems with the wireless network

October 20, 2005 -- The wireless network is currently up and working. The Information Services Department is working with University IT to improve wireless coverage in the classrooms.

October 13, 2005 -- Several wireless Access points have been rebooted to clear up hung processes. Users are receiving IP addresses and viewing webpages.

October 11, 2005 -- The network access login page has been disabled. Currently users do not need to login to the system to gain wireless access. Users are receiving IP addresses but are not able to view webpages.

October 10, 2005 -- We are aware of the problems users are experiencing with the wireless network. The University is working to solve these problems as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.
