Microsoft Outlook doesn't start!
Microsoft Outlook 2003, a program installed in the computer labs, must be configured the first time you use it. You can do this yourself with a few easy steps. Please see the "How do I set up Microsoft Outlook?" FAQ in the Email section of this website.
