How do I connect to my U drive?

In the computer lab: If you are in the computer lab, you don't need to do anything special to connect to your U drive. Just open My Computer, and the U drive will be listed with the other drives. If your U drive does not appear, log off and log back into the computer.

Using your personal computer: When using other computers on campus you need to manually connect to your U drive. (Note that only computers connected to the on-campus network in the Law School can access the U drive; i.e., you must be using the wired or wireless network in the Law School.) To access the U drive from off-campus you must use LawData. To find more information regarding LawData read the LawData brochure. The instructions for connecting to your U drive are currently included in the Connecting to the LAW Network brochure. Please see the "How do I connect my laptop to my U drive?" question in the Laptop section of this website for more information.
