Computer Lab and Lab Accounts

What's the difference between my email password, my WaveNet password and my Westlaw/Lexis passwords?

Your email, WaveNet and lab passwords are STUDENT domain accounts. (Note: Your WaveNet password is the same as your email password.) It gives you access to the Pepperdine University email servers and WaveNet. If you have further questions about your STUDENT domain account, please contact the University Help Desk at (310) 506-4357 or helpdesk@pepperdine.edu. Courtesy phones are available in the main computer lab and by the student printers. For more information about email and WaveNet, see the "Email and WaveNet" section.

Your Westlaw and TWEN passwords, and Lexis custom ID are long series of numbers and letters (e.g. 1234567ABCD for Westlaw, ABCDEFG for Lexis). (Note: You use your Westlaw password for TWEN.) You may have been asked to create a username and password while registering for your regular Westlaw or Lexis password. If you were and you don't remember that user or password now, or if you have further questions about your Westlaw or Lexis password, please see the Westlaw/TWEN/Lexis section of the LCS website.
