Email and Email Accounts

I can't log in!

You must configure Outlook the first time you use it on a computer Please see "How do I set up Outlook" in the Email section of this website for further instructions.

If you have already configured Outlook and are having a different problem:

• If you are on a Law Library lab computer, please contact Law Computing Support using the information on the Contact Page of the LCS website.
• If you are using your own copy of Outlook on a personal machine, you may contact the University Help Desk at 310.506.HELP(4357) to inquire whether there are any problems with your email account. You may also wish to review the setup instructions at the University IT webpage.  Note: the Help Desk is not required to assist customers with non-University-owned software, so if your problem is with your copy of Outlook itself, rather than your email account, you may be directed to Microsoft's support service.
