Retrieving a password

Email accounts--which are the same as your WaveNet accounts--are automatically created for you when you enroll as a Pepperdine University student.

• The easiest way to retrieve your account information is to go to http://wavenet.pepperdine.edu and choose "Forgot Password?". (Note: Student ID and PIN required; you can get these from the Law School Admissions/Records Office. Also, note that only your ORIGINAL email password is reported here. If you have used and changed your email password in the past, then this password may no longer be accurate.)
• You may also contact the University Call Center (Tech Central) at (310) 506-4357 to have your email password reset. You will be asked for proof-of-identity information such as your student PIN number.
