Error message: A Runtime Error has Occurred. Do you wish to Debug?

If you receive an error in Internet Explorer that says: A Runtime Error has Occurred. Do you wish to Debug?, then please follow these steps:

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
2. Then open an Internet Explorer window.
3. Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options
4. Choose the Advanced tab
5. Under the Browsing section make sure there is a check next to Disable script debugging
6. Make sure there is no check next to Display a notification about every script error
7. Then close the Internet Explorer window.
