Make sure your WordPerfect program has the latest updates and patches!

If you have WordPerfect11 do the following steps
1. Click the Start button
2. Choose (All) Programs
3. Place your mouse over the WordPerfect Office 11 link
4. Then choose WordPerfect Office Update
5. Choose the Check Now button.
